Be a Catalyst of Change

Be a Venture Mentor

Make a lasting impact by providing guidance and mentorship to students over the course of a 7-month school year.

Fellows mentor: Meet with different groups of students monthly in our first-year social entrepreneurship program. You’ll guide them through the process of designing a venture to benefit their community.

Once a month on Thursdays, 5:30-6:30 p.m. ET. Virtual and in-person opportunities available.

Incubator mentor: Be paired with 1-2 students in our advanced, second-year social entrepreneurship provide. Provide feedback, direction, and advice as they create pilot projects. 

One virtual session per month on Saturdays 10:00am-12:00pm ET / 16:00-18:00 CAT, plus one additional monthly phone or video call with your mentee(s) based on your availability, Virtual opportunity,

Be a Guest Speaker

Share your professional expertise with students. From food security, to higher education access, to mental health stigma – our students are engaged in a variety of topics and seek your insight!

One session based on your availability, Thursdays 4:30-5:30 ET. Virtual and in-person opportunities available.

Review Students’ Ventures

Be a volunteer reviewer or judge at Fellows Changefest and Incubator Pitch Competition, our flagship events where students pitch their final ventures.

Provide feedback and judge their projects, launching them into the next stage of their changemaking journey.

It takes all of us. LearnServe has long partnered with nonprofits, corporations, and organizations to enhance the hands-on learning experience in our programs.

$50 provides prototyping supplies for one cohort of LearnServe students

$2,000 facilitates one year of social entrepreneurship training for a LearnServe Fellow
