LearnServe
International
LearnServe International, an international organization based in Washington, DC, prepares young people to lead in a changing world.Through its immersive leadership and social entrepreneurship programs, LearnServe prepares young people to design, pitch, and launch social ventures – action projects to serve their communities. LearnServe alumni are confident, resilient, empathetic and entrepreneurial leaders committed to a life-long pursuit of positive social change.
About Njira Youth Skills Training Center
LearnServe delivers its programs in partnership with Njira Youth Skills Training Center. Based in Lusaka, Zambia, Njira provides vocational training in the community to combat poverty and gender-based violence. Njira empowers Zambian youth through their programs, educates then on the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, and trains the next generation of social entrepreneurs with LearnServe. With the return of LearnServe Global in the Summer of 2024, LearnServe unites a cohort of US and Zambian students from the Incubator for a 2-week learning and cultural exchange in Zambia.
