Philip is a Managing Director at Paladin Capital Group, a venture capital firm focused on early stage software companies. He has been working with entrepreneurs as an investor and advisor since 2000, and he has served on the boards of numerous private companies at stages of growth from pre-revenue startups through $100M+ acquisitions. Prior to working in venture capital, Philip worked at Dean and Company, a strategy consulting firm. Philip is an active supporter of social entrepreneurship through volunteer work and was one of the founders of Phoenix Bikes, a non-profit organization teaching social entrepreneurship to students through the operation of a community-focused retail bike shop. Philip has been a volunteer for LearnServe as a Mentor in the Fellows and Incubator programs since 2012 and joined the board in 2017.
