Kathy Kemper is the founder and CEO of the Institute for Education and a former Women’s Tennis Coach at Georgetown. Serving on the LearnServe Board since 2008, she champions leadership and global citizenship through her extensive experience in education.

Richard Hall led Washington International School through critical expansions—including the new Middle School Building, modernized science labs, and the AAA Building’s Black Box Theater used for LearnServe workshops. Now, as an Emeritus Board Member, he leverages his international education expertise to advise on curriculum development for the Fellows program.

Hugh Riddleberger, the founder of LearnServe International and an Emeritus Board Member since 2008, is a seasoned educator whose lifelong commitment to community service and international education has been instrumental in shaping LearnServe’s mission.
