A Washington, DC native, Scott graduated from Harvard University with a B.A. in social anthropology.
Anne Schoolcraft serves as the Development Director at LearnServe International.
Latrina has always been passionate about empowering youth to discover their full potential.
Eva joined LearnServe as the Regional Site Manager for D.C. and Baltimore, where she continues to work to empower young leaders in the community.
Charlotte Fajardo serves as the Development and Operations Associate at LearnServe International.

Michael serves as the President of LINK Strategic Partners—a strategic communications, stakeholder engagement, and social impact consulting firm in Washington, DC. He’s a community builder and changemaker committed to doing well while doing good.
Anna Bennett was a founding partner in Bennett, Petts & Associates, where she provided polling, strategy, and message development for diverse clients over 30 years. Recognized as a change-maker, she has been a LearnServe Board Member since 2018.
Ted brings nearly two decades of expertise in education communications and advocacy. As Senior Vice President at Whiteboard Advisors, he helps education leaders, nonprofits, and social entrepreneurs amplify their impact through powerful storytelling. A dedicated LearnServe Board member, he is deeply committed to advancing upward mobility through education.
Ali brings an unwavering spirit as a facilitator, community builder, and creative consultant. As Chair of the Governance Committee, she has been a vital member of the LearnServe Board since 2023.
Velma brings fresh vision and global perspective as a student changemaker and social entrepreneur. A junior at UMBC studying Public Health, she has founded initiatives that blend creativity, technology, and entrepreneurship to reimagine the beauty industry. On the LearnServe Board, she is committed to advancing equity, innovation, and community impact.
Deborah Greene is a Special Education Specialist with Prince George’s County Public Schools. She has served on the LearnServe Board since 2020.
Deborah Levine is a seasoned Staff Attorney with over 25 years of experience—having advised on housing, family law, and consumer issues. She has been a LearnServe Board Member since 2020.
Matt brings global perspective and strategic expertise as Operating Partner at Accion Venture Lab, where he supports inclusive fintech companies worldwide. With a background spanning Silicon Valley tech, consulting, and investing, he brings a wealth of experience to the LearnServe Board, along with a passion for innovation and impact.
Shakirah Hill Taylor is the Chief Digital Officer at Fenton and a senior strategic counsel whose innovative leadership in digital strategy has made a significant impact since joining the LearnServe Board in 2023.
Maurice D. Wilkins Jr. is the Head of People Programs and Development at Strava and a dynamic community leader. A Morehouse College graduate, he has been serving on the LearnServe Board since 2016.

Catherine Tinsley, an Emeritus Board Member since 2008, brings a global perspective and deep commitment to education. Her diverse international experiences and volunteer work have enriched LearnServe’s learning environment and cultural exchange.
Kathy Kemper is the founder and CEO of the Institute for Education and a former Women’s Tennis Coach at Georgetown. Serving on thr LearnServe Board since 2008, she champions leadership and global citizenship through her extensive experience in education.
Richard Hall led Washington International School through critical expansions - including the new Middle School Building, modernized science labs, and the AAA Building’s Black Box Theater used for LearnServe workshops. Now, as an Emeritus Board Member, he leverages his international education expertise to advise on curriculum development for the Fellow program.
Hugh Riddleberger, the founder of LearnServe International and an Emeritus Board Member since 2008, is a seasoned educator whose lifelong commitment to community service and international education has been instrumental in shaping LearnServe’s mission.
